Its current retail network includes stores in Barbados, Aruba, Dominican Republic, Panama, Guatemala, Costa Rica and Colombia.
MK (Panama) Holdings is the product of a joint venture between Grupo Ebisa and Capri Holdings, created to distribute Michael Kors & Jimmy Choo in Latin America and the Caribbean. Its current retail network consists of Michael Kors stores in Barbados, Aruba, St. Martin, Panama, Costa Rica, Chile, Colombia and Dominican Republic. It also includes a Jimmy Choo store in Panama.

Ebisa has been in the apparel and accessories business for over twenty five years. Through different companies, it has acted as licensee, exclusive distributor, retailer, and logistics partner for mid to high end international brands, such as Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors, Calvin Klein, Izod, Anne Klein, Billabong, and Patagonia for Latin America and the Caribbean.
The wholesale division has been very successful in the distribution of apparel and accessories throughout Latin America and the Caribbean, including Brazil.
The group’s retail operations have included directly owned and operated stores in Panama, Barbados, Aruba, St. Martin, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Brazil. It has also managed franchisee stores in Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru, El Salvador, and Guatemala.
